PROFI AUTO CZ a.s. is dedicated to the authorized sale and service of IVECO and FIAT trucks. Despite the diversity and wide range of the industry and the client's focus, its insurance program has long been designed without any concept, risk analysis and optimization of insurance coverage.

Description of the situation and introduction of the client

The client was faced with a non-conceptual insurance program that was not subject to any risk analysis or optimization of insurance coverage, which led to inefficient claims management and increased administrative burden.

Solution

On the basis of establishing cooperation with the client, the consolidation and optimization of the insurance program was secured and prepared. The client was presented with a clear concept and setup of the new insurance program. Visits were made to the most exposed points of the insurance and during personal meetings, the vision and solution proposals, including economic optimization, were proposed and presented to the client.
