PETRISK a.s., ID No.: 267 06 245, with registered office at Michelská 1552/58, Michle, 141 00 Praha 4
(hereinafter referred to as the “Company“), in accordance with Art. 4 para. 5 lit. (b) Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (the SFDR) and in accordance with Art. 13 para. 1 and 3 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288, hereby declares that it does not take into account any adverse impact of investment decisions on sustainability factors in its insurance advice.
Justification
The Company, as an independent insurance intermediary (insurance distributor), includes insurance products in its offering to the extent that it is authorised to distribute them (based on the scope of its authorisation and contractual arrangement with the insurance company) and, given its size, staffing and technical facilities and the limited information provided by insurance companies related to sustainability (including information on the main adverse impacts on sustainability factors) under the SFDR, does not apply any policies to identify and prioritise adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors[1].
The distribution of insurance products reflects policies that are usually already in place on the part of insurance companies. More detailed information can be found on the websites of individual insurance companies.
In the event of a customer’s request for disclosure as to whether their investment decision may have an adverse impact on sustainability factors, the Company will verify this with the relevant insurance companies whose products are the result of the Company’s insurance advice and inform the customer of the outcome.
The company undertakes to review its approach regularly, in particular with regard to the availability and accuracy of information provided by insurance companies, at least once a year, and always no later than 31 December 2008. 3.
