Procedure for filing a lawsuit against an insurance intermediary:<\/h4>\n\n

Consumer disputes between consumers and insurance intermediaries can be resolved both under the Civil Procedure Code and out of court.<\/p>\n\n

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer under a contract for the provision of services which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to a designated consumer dispute resolution body.<\/p>\n\n

The names of the insurance companies for which we are authorised to broker insurance are listed on the website www.petrisk.cz in the section We cooperate http:\/\/www.petrisk.cz\/domains\/petrisk.cz\/spolupracujeme\/.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 88, paragraph 1 f) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The insurance intermediary does not have a direct or indirect interest in the voting rights and capital of any insurance company.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 88, paragraph 1 g) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

No insurance company or person controlling an insurance company has a direct or indirect interest in the voting rights and capital of an insurance intermediary.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 88, paragraph 1 h) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

At the customer’s request, the independent broker or tied agent shall disclose the method of his remuneration relating to the insurance being arranged.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 88(1)(i) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The independent agent is remunerated by the insurance company with which the insurance is arranged, the tied agent is remunerated by the independent agent.<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 88, paragraph 1 j) <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The independent broker does not accept remuneration paid directly by the customer.<\/p>\n\n
